Earlier this week, Conte led Napoli to their fourth Scudetto title as a 2-0 win over Cagliari saw the club confirm first place ahead of Inter. Celebrations across Naples have been wild and the Parentopei have planned a city-wide open-top bus parade across the city on Monday, however, the side could be headed towards some disappointing news.

Sky Italia have reported that the Napoli squad and staff are set to meet Pope Leo XIV on Tuesday, and Conte will then sit down with President Aurelio De Laurentiis and the club board for crunch talks on his future. The report has suggested that Conte will not continue with Napoli.

La Gazzetta dello Sport has also reported that Napoli have already lined up the signing of former Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri to replace Conte this summer as they look to defend their Serie A title and potentially challenge for the Champions League.
